Reading FWC | Customer | Permanent contract | Part time – £27,248 pro rata for 8 hours per week.

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to all visitors.
• Support the smooth running of the reception and café areas.
• Create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answer queries in a caring and helpful way, ensuring everyone feels valued.
• Assist the café team with preparing and serving fresh, healthy, and nutritious food and drinks.
• Support Lifeguard duties by swimming to a high standard and undergoing on‑site training as required.

• Confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to diverse individuals.
• Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility, motivation, and initiative.
• Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to undertake training for Lifeguard breaks.
