Matched in Reading is seeking a detail‑oriented customer support advisor for a hybrid role with 3 days in the South Reading Area office. You will answer calls and emails and build knowledge of accountancy, tax and our products to solve questions quickly.
The ideal candidate has a degree with an accounting/finance module and at least six months of customer service experience. You will communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and help improve guides and FAQs in this fintech SaaS company.
