!

Working Times:
Approx. 4 hours per shift, Saturday match days, some midweek

Due to licensing laws and the sale of alcohol, all applicants must be 18+ years old.

As an integral member of the management team, you must be able to commit to the Reading FC home fixtures throughout the 2025/26 season:

• Operating tills and handling card/cash payments with confidence
• Serving fans quickly and with a big matchday smile
• Keeping your kiosk area clean, tidy, and fully stocked
• Working closely with your teammates to keep things moving during peak times
• Being the friendly face that fans remember after the final whistle

• A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
• Confidence handling payment transactions and working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who loves delivering great customer service
• Reliability and willingness to work on matchdays (including weekends)
• No experience? No problem! Full training is provided!
