SSE is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support our smart metering campaigns from Cardiff or Reading in a hybrid role. You will call customers, book appointments, and handle emails with a focus on delivering excellent service.
The position covers lunch periods (10am–2pm or 10:30am–2:30pm) and requires attendance in the office at least two days per week. Prior customer service and basic IT skills are desirable.
