Pembrook Resourcing in Reading is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a busy dealership. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary with OTE of £38,000+ and a Monday to Friday pattern, with no weekend work.
You will be the main contact for customers during service and repair, book workshops, provide progress updates, and liaise with the workshop to ensure timely work. Strong customer service and dealership software skills are essential.
