You’ll be joining us at our busy practice in central Reading.
Based in the Meadway Shopping Centre in Tilehurst.
A full-time and permanent role that will include occasional weekend work.

• Joining a 5 surgery practice that will soon be expanding to 10 surgeries
• They provide a wide range of NHS and specialist private work including six-month smile, teeth whitening, implants, and much more!

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
