Join our 2027 (Autumn) Graduate Programme as a Graduate Landscape Architect in our Reading or London office, where you'll be part of a market‑leading Community Development discipline.

As a Registered Practice with the Landscape Institute, we are committed to developing the next generation of landscape architects through mentoring, professional development and hands‑on project experience. You'll be working on and contributing to a wide range of projects varying in scale and sector, including prestigious urban regeneration, new town settlements, masterplans through to civic squares, urban parks and thrill‑seeking adventure parks!

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to projects from concept through to delivery, supporting the preparation of landscape, townscape and visual assessments, advising on master planning, and helping to develop innovative landscape designs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across all stages of project delivery while helping create sustainable, resilient and inspiring environments for future generations.

About The Role

  • Assist with design development, research and best practice studies across a variety of projects.
  • Create graphics, visualisations and presentation materials to communicate design ideas.
  • Support the preparation of design reports and technical documentation.
  • Undertake site visits, surveys and photography to inform project development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Contribute to projects from initial concept through to detailed design and delivery.

The applicable professional qualification for this role is with the Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
