Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Psychology, Education, Counselling, or Criminology graduates-or those passionate about SEN support

Experience:

Helpful but not essential

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in accessing learning through personalised support plans
Assist with communication, sensory work, behaviour strategies, and emotional regulation
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
Build strong relationships that help pupils grow in confidence, independence, and academic progress

This role is an excellent stepping stone for future Educational Psychologists, SEN Teachers, Speech & Language Therapists, and Child Support Workers.
