Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Reading
TA
- Primary School in Reading
ASAP Start – Excellent Mainstream Primary Establishment
Responsibilities- 1:1 Support with SEN Child (Behaviour Support)
- Support a child in Year 3 with SEMH needs, with some physical and cognitive delay, requiring understanding of these needs
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills to support a child with challenging behaviour
- Be enthusiastic and have a true passion for working with children with SEN/Autism
- Provide consistent support and follow guidance; will work closely with the SENCO
- Long-term, full-time commitment is expected
- ASAP start
- Salary: £89- £100 per day
- School is graded Outstanding by Ofsted and has good transport links
- Experience in a similar setting
- Experience working with SEN/Autism and challenging behaviour
- Patience, commitment and ability to work 1:1 in a mainstream environment
