A nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children aged 4-16 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.

This full-time, term-time SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting inclusive education.

  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

• Age Group: 4-16 years
• Ideal for:
  Graduates in Psychology, Education, or Counselling; or those with experience in SEN or childcare

• Providing in-class support to children with additional needs
• Delivering small-group or 1:1 interventions
• Supporting literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
