Are you passionate about education and looking for consistent, full‑time work during school hours? We’re recruiting dedicated Education Support Workers to join our client’s supportive team in Reading, working with learners aged 16+ who need extra help to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with an educational or support background seeking ongoing work in a rewarding setting.

• Provide classroom support to students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and physical / sensory impairments
• Deliver targeted 1 : 1 and small group support based on individual learning plans
• Help build a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching staff, families, and support teams to ensure student progress

• Experience in a support or educational setting (qualifications are a bonus but not essential)
• A genuine interest in helping young people with additional needs
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
• A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork

• Full‑time hours during the school day
