Pay: £90-£100 per day

Are you a graduate looking to embark on a career in education? Do you have previous experience working with children? A fantastic primary school in Reading are searching for an enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated teaching assistant to join them ASAP. The school are looking for a graduate teaching assistant who has previous experience working with children. Experience working with Special Educational Needs would be desirable but not essential!

This is a long-term contract beginning ASAP.

This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to expand your experience before becoming a primary teacher! They offer ongoing support and training and have a fantastic senior leadership team. The teaching assistant will be working full-time Monday to Friday and will not be expected to work during school holidays. This is a relatively large school being 2-form entry. Education to a degree level would be ideal for this position (2:2 or above).

The school are offering a competitive daily rate for the successful teaching assistant.

• Support children in Key Stage 1 and 2 with Maths, English and other subjects.
• Assist with SATS preparation.

• Graduate (preferably with a degree ≥2:2)
• Previous experience working with children
• Experience with Special Educational Needs desirable
