A nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time, long-term position involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Pay: £89-£100 per day
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Ideal for:
Psychology, Education, Criminology graduates or those with a strong interest in SENAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
Assist pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour support
Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Work closely with SEN professionals and therapists to implement support strategies
