Our client is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Mathematics to join a thriving and high-achieving secondary school in Reading. This is a full-time position starting in January 2026
, offering excellent mentoring and support to help launch your teaching career.
The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5
, developing students’ problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
- ECT Maths Teacher (PGCE or equivalent completed)
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics and numeracy development
