Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education or mental health? We’re seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs in a welcoming school in Reading.

• Support students with SEN and SEMH needs in class and small groups
• Work with teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
• Help children build confidence, focus, and emotional regulation skills
• Observe behaviour and learning progress to support student development

• Degree in Psychology or related field
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
