A specialist education setting in Reading is recruiting a Psychology Graduate to support pupils aged 4-18 with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and emotional regulation difficulties.

This role offers hands-on exposure to therapeutic support strategies in a structured, supportive school environment.

In this Psychology Graduate role, you'll work closely with experienced SEN professionals, supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them manage emotions, build confidence, and engage positively with learning. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates looking to strengthen applications for postgraduate study or clinical training.
