The Role – Literacy Lead
The role of the Literacy Lead is for an experienced and passionate teacher who can drive whole-school literacy across a SEN setting. As Literacy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the school’s literacy strategy, supporting staff with planning and delivery, and monitoring progress to ensure students make sustained improvement. You will also teach a reduced timetable, modelling outstanding practice and delivering targeted literacy interventions.
