Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education and mental health support? Do you aspire to work in psychology, therapy, counselling, or educational support?

A welcoming Specialist School in Reading is seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. The successful Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will support pupils with autism, SEMH needs, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role will involve:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils
• Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and interventions
• Building strong relationships with students and staff
• Helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• September start with excellent transport links

The ideal Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject and have a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
