About This Role

We’re looking for a caring and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students in their learning, development and wellbeing. In this role you will work closely with teachers, supporting students one‑to‑one and in small groups to create an inclusive, engaging classroom where every student feels valued and supported. You’ll promote positive behaviour, build strong relationships and provide tailored support for students with additional needs.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, confident in supporting a range of learning needs and committed to inclusion and positive behaviour.

Contract type:
Permanent, full-time, term time only plus 5 INSET days, 37 hours per week.

Salary: £22,605.00 – £22,964.00 annually (FTE).

Start date:

01 September 2026. Positions available: 2.

• ME days allowing staff to request an additional day off per year for special events such as children’s sports days, graduations, family and friends’ weddings.
• CPD available for all staff at all levels.
• Free flu vaccinations offered to all staff.
• Free eye tests provided for eligible staff.
• Breakfast and lunch provided for staff regularly, including on many INSET days and as a thank you throughout the year.
