Pastoral Lead: GBP 31,500 per annum:
September:
Permanent
- Oversee pupil wellbeing, behaviour support, and safeguarding across the school.
- Lead on behaviour interventions and support staff with de‑escalation strategies.
- Work closely with families and external agencies.
- Support pupils with autism and additional needs who may present with complex emotional and behavioural challenges.
- Experience leading pastoral support in an SEN setting.
- Resilient, highly organised.
- Experienced in SEN or SEMH environments.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies.
This is a specialist SEN school supporting pupils aged 4–16 with autism, communication needs, and associated behavioural challenges. The school provides a structured and supportive environment with a strong pastoral care system and is typically rated Good by Ofsted.
