Pay Scale: M1 - U3 (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Supporting pupils to achieve academic, social, and emotional progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies where required
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- ASAP start in a well‑connected Reading location
Suitable for an experienced teacher or an ECT with a strong interest in special educational needs. A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach is essential.
