You will work closely with students with autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH needs, and other learning difficulties, helping them succeed both inside and outside the classroom. As a Psychology Graduate , you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop confidence, improve engagement, and feel secure within the school environment. The role offers excellent exposure to children's mental health and SEN support, making it an ideal stepping stone for careers in educational psychology, therapy, counselling, or teaching.
