A friendly and inclusive primary school in Reading is looking for a committed SEN TA to join their team right away. The Role As an SEN TA , you'll work alongside class teachers to provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. The SEN TA will help create a positive, engaging learning environment where all students can succeed. Key duties include:
Assisting with individual learning plans Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups Modifying resources to suit different learning needs Encouraging independence and building confidence Liaising with staff, parents, and external specialists About You A successful SEN TA will be patient, caring, and proactive, with a real passion for helping children reach their full potential. Strong teamwork and communication skills are important in this role.
