ASAP Pay: £90 - £105 per day Are you a graduate passionate about supporting young people with behavioural and emotional needs? A specialist school in Reading is currently seeking a committed Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to gain valuable school-based experience working with children who require additional behavioural support.

The school supports pupils with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and other challenges that can impact learning and emotional wellbeing. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor , you will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them develop positive behaviours, emotional resilience, and confidence within the classroom. The role is ideal for graduates considering careers in psychology, youth work, counselling, social work, or education.

The successful Graduate Behaviour Mentor will help create a calm, structured, and supportive environment where pupils can thrive academically and emotionally. You will collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to provide consistent support throughout the school day. Key responsibilities for the Graduate Behaviour Mentor include:
