• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons for Year 5 pupils
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of pupil progress
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and achievement
• Use a range of teaching approaches and resources to support diverse learning needs

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally as a Year 5 Teacher
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
