The successful Year 3 Teacher will take responsibility for a class of approximately 20 pupils, providing the opportunity to deliver personalised learning experiences and support children as they continue their journey through Key Stage 2.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will create engaging and inspiring learning experiences that encourage pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. The school is seeking a Year 3 Teacher who can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues while maintaining high expectations for achievement and behaviour.

• Plan and deliver creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress across all areas of learning
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families

The ideal Year 3 Teacher will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
