Do you have experience working with children who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engagement in school?

A supportive and inclusive school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to helping students overcome behavioural barriers and succeed in their education.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviours, helping them to build positive relationships and develop self-regulation skills.

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural needs
• Supporting students in managing emotions and behaviour
• Implementing behaviour management strategies
• Promoting positive engagement with learning
• Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
• ASAP start

The school is looking for someone with experience in education, youth work, or a support-based role, who can build strong relationships and remain calm under pressure.

You will be joining a friendly and experienced team, with access to training and ongoing professional development.
