Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Learning Mentor for The Wren in Reading. This role involves developing coping strategies for students, enhancing their motivation, and advocating for their outcomes. Working 30 hours per week, you will help students engage as confident learners.
The starting salary is £25,583 pa FTE, with pay progression linked to the local government salary scale. Experience in education is valued but not necessary. The position is term-time only and offers a supportive community.
