South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking an Adoption Support Education Advisor to join our Reading team with hybrid working arrangements. This role is vital in supporting our Lead Specialist Education Worker in implementing the Early Education Pathways pilot project until March 2028.
The successful candidate will require a degree in education or a related field, alongside significant experience in primary education. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to foster effective relationships between schools and adoptive families.
