Reading Borough Council is looking for a Pastoral Intervention Leader at The Wren School in Reading. This role involves leading a responsive intervention space to support students who are disengaging from learning, providing nurturing support, and planning and evaluating interventions.
The ideal candidate should foster strong relationships and contribute to an inclusive and calm school environment. The position is permanent, starting from September 2026, with term-time hours of 37 per week.
