We are a supportive and inclusive school in Reading looking for a Psychology Graduate to join our team as soon as possible. This role offers recent graduates practical experience supporting pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.

• Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural, and emotional needs
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Help students develop confidence, resilience, and social skills
• Assist teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Work alongside teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals

• Psychology graduate
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to make a positive impact
• Previous experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals is beneficial but not essential

• Ongoing training, mentoring, and support from experienced professionals
• Experience relevant to careers in educational psychology, clinical psychology, counselling, teaching, and social work
