Activate Learning in Reading is looking for an experienced Student Welfare Coordinator to join their Lifeskills team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality pastoral support to students receiving Additional Learning Support and ensure their retention and wellbeing.
The candidate must have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, alongside proven experience in welfare or social care and an understanding of diverse learning needs. This is a full-time, fixed-term position working during term-time, with a contract ending in July 2027.
