Primary Teacher

A welcoming primary school in Twyford is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a part-time basis, working three days per week across two mixed Year 5/6 classes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys working within upper Key Stage 2 and is confident delivering engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum.

• Teach one mixed Year 5/6 class for two days per week.
• Support a second mixed Year 5/6 class for one day per week as part of a collaborative teaching team.
• Deliver engaging, creative lessons across the curriculum in Key Stage 2.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Support a supportive, inclusive school community and participate in school activities.

• Experience as a primary teacher or ECT with relevant Key Stage 2 placement experience.
• Strong classroom practice and excellent communication skills.
• High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Experience of working in mixed Year 5/6 classes (preferred).
