Aspire People are recruiting a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide targeted phonics support at a welcoming primary school in Northfield. This full-time, long-term role has an ASAP start and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a child's literacy development.
You will deliver phonics sessions, work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, monitor progress, and maintain a proactive, supportive classroom environment.
