Academics in Reading is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. The role runs 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a daily rate of £90–£100. You will provide 1-2-1 support in the classroom, guide small groups to boost communication and social skills, and assist the class teacher in creating an engaging learning environment.
