Waingels in Reading is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join our new SEND Thrive Centre, supporting students with autism and speech and language needs. The role involves working within a small, dedicated team to help learners access the National Curriculum and participate in a broad, carefully adapted curriculum.
This full-time post (37 hours per week) is term time plus three days, with a focus on safeguarding, equality of opportunity and the wellbeing of staff and students.
