Activate Learning is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join the ASC Centre team at Reading college. You will support students with Autism and related difficulties across Foundation to Level 3 courses, in 1-1 and small-group settings, under guided lesson plans.
You will help learners access their courses, adapt resources for inclusive teaching, and collaborate with ASC Group Teachers to meet individual needs. Some days may include off-site activity support and personal care where applicable.
