A well-established SEN school in Reading is seeking a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs.

This full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a lasting impact on young lives.

* Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Reading
* Salary: £90-£105 per day
* Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Start Date:

ASAP

Responsibilities

* Provide individual and group support to children with additional needs
* Assist with classroom activities and learning materials
* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour management
* Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement EHCPs

Ideal Candidate

* Experience with Autism or SEMH preferred (training provided)
* Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
