Academics is seeking an Autism Support Assistant in Reading to provide focused 1:1 support for pupils with autism and related needs. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a daily rate of £90–£105 for immediate start.
The successful candidate will work in a calm, structured SEN environment, helping children aged 5–16 develop social skills, emotional regulation, and engagement, while coordinating with teachers and external professionals.
