Pay Rate: From £14.25 per hour (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our pool of trusted educators supporting local nursery settings in Reading. Working through Teaching Personnel offers the flexibility to choose work patterns that suit your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in a variety of high-quality early years environments.
Act as a Key Person, monitoring progress and planning EYFS learning journeys.
Deliver engaging, creative, play-based activities tailored to children aged 0-5.
Maintain effective communication with nursery staff and parents.
Uphold strict safeguarding, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.
NVQ Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or full and relevant equivalent).
Solid working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
DBS on the Update Service (or willing to process one with Teaching Personnel).
Strong work ethic and adaptability across different nursery settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
