Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our pool of trusted educators supporting local nursery settings in Reading. • Act as a Key Person, monitoring progress and planning EYFS learning journeys.

• Deliver engaging, creative, play-based activities tailored to children aged 0-5.

• Maintain effective communication with nursery staff and parents.

• Uphold strict safeguarding, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.

• NVQ Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or full and relevant equivalent).

• Solid working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to process one with Teaching Personnel).

• Strong work ethic and adaptability across different nursery settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
