Wayman Education is seeking a proactive School Safeguarding Officer to join a supportive Reading secondary school. You will work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, SLT, and external agencies to ensure high standards of child protection and student welfare.
You will be the day-to-day safeguarding contact, drive early help interventions, and manage cases with CPOMS, ensuring compliance with KCSIE. This role offers competitive daily rates, term-time alignment, and CPD opportunities.
