Teaching Personnel is looking for a gentle, encouraging Primary Learning Support Assistant to join partner primary schools across Reading. You will assist classroom teachers with guided reading, numeracy groups, and 1:1 support for children needing extra help accessing the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.

• Key Duties: Run phonics groups, assist with fine motor skills activities, and keep pupils focused during morning carpet time.
• Requirements: Level 2/3 TA qualification or experience with primary-aged children; warm, patient demeanour; enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
