Reading Borough Council's Addington School is hiring for a part-time role supporting pupils with special educational needs. The position is term-time only (18.33 hours per week) at Addington Early Years Centre in Farley Hill, with INSET days.
You will assist with classroom preparation, support behaviour plans, and work within a caring SEND-focused team committed to safeguarding and inclusive education. Salary is £10,597–£10,765 plus £637 SEN allowance (£11,234–£11,402 per year).
