The successful SEN TA will:

• Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs.
• Assist teachers in creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Support the implementation of personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
