As an SEMH Teaching Assistant , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students. Support students with emotional regulation, confidence and engagement. Build positive and trusting relationships with young people. Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, supportive environment. Monitor students' wellbeing, behaviour and progress. We're looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant who is:
Compassionate, patient and resilient. Passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs. A confident communicator and positive role model. Interested in pursuing a career in psychology, education, therapy or mental health. Able to remain calm and supportive when managing challenging behaviour. Job Details

ASAP Pay: £93-£110 per day
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
