As an ASD Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD. Support communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence. Help students engage confidently with learning and school life. Build positive, trusting relationships with students. Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, individualised support. Monitor students' progress, wellbeing and engagement.
