Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for our specialist schools in Reading this September.

Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students 1:1 and in small groups across primary and secondary settings
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons
Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
Encourage independence, communication, and social development
Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
