Academics is seeking a Youth Mentor in Reading to provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to pupils facing social, emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges. The role supports students to build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing in a specialist school setting.
The position starts ASAP and offers a daily rate of £90–£105, with a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships and helping learners access education and school life.
