As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs.
• Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, physical and learning needs.
• Assisting pupils to access classroom activities and educational programmes.
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and wider support staff.
