GIOS Technology in Cumbria is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design regulatory learning solutions across multiple units. You will drive end-to-end curriculum development, create training manuals, digital learning modules, and assessment materials.
The role requires SAT/ADDIE expertise, needs analysis, SME collaboration, pilot delivery, and coaching. You will convert technical content into effective learning experiences and evaluate post-training outcomes.
